Shipping Policy

VEESEFEH ships eligible orders to destinations supported and displayed at checkout. Availability is determined by the delivery address and active Shopify shipping zones.

Order processing

Orders normally require 48 to 72 business hours for verification, preparation, and handoff to the carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping options

Standard shipping: Free, with an estimated transit time of 12 to 18 business days after processing.
Express shipping: US$15.00, with an estimated transit time of 10 to 15 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote destinations, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak periods, customs review, and other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery.

Order verification

Some orders may require additional verification to protect customers and prevent fraud. Verification can delay processing, and an order may be cancelled if required information cannot be confirmed.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent after dispatch when available. A tracking event may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact contact@justVEESEFEH.com immediately if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International shipments may be reviewed by customs. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, or other charges imposed by the destination country. VEESEFEH does not represent that VAT, IOSS, duties, or import taxes are prepaid unless checkout explicitly confirms this.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, building staff, and carrier notices before contacting support. For visible damage or an incorrect item, retain the packaging and send photographs with the order number.

Undeliverable or refused parcels

Parcels returned because of an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unpaid import charges may be subject to actual return costs where permitted by law. Approved refunds are handled under the Return and Refund Policy after receipt and inspection.
