These Terms govern your use of the VEESEFEH storefront at yp0jm7-9k.myshopify.com and purchases from MARIE SOFTWARE LLC. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the store with permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the services for unlawful purposes.

2. Online store conditions

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account. Interference with the store, malicious code, scraping that disrupts service, and attempts to bypass security are prohibited.

3. Information, prices, and currency

We aim to present accurate information but may correct errors or omissions. Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless the storefront expressly states otherwise. Taxes, duties, shipping, and currency-conversion charges may be added as applicable. Prices and offerings may change without notice before an order is accepted.

4. Products and availability

Product colors and appearance may vary by device display. Specifications are limited to information confirmed on the product page. Items identified as concepts or Coming Soon are not available for purchase until confirmed. Quantities may be limited, and we may discontinue a product.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit, refuse, or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, resale activity, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Billing and account information

You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information and to update it promptly. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge amounts shown at checkout. We do not request payment outside approved checkout methods.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guarantees and are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The VEESEFEH name, logos, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, and other store content are owned by or licensed to MARIE SOFTWARE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access the store for personal, lawful shopping use.

9. Optional tools and third-party links

The store may provide access to tools, integrations, or links operated by third parties. They are provided without control or endorsement by VEESEFEH. Review applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.

10. Comments and communications

If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may use feedback to improve the business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

11. Personal information

Personal information submitted through the store is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify's applicable privacy documentation.

12. Errors and omissions

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update or cancel affected orders when permitted by law. When a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will provide notice or an appropriate remedy.

13. Prohibited uses

You may not use the services to violate law; infringe rights; harass or discriminate; submit false information; transmit malware; collect information unlawfully; spam, phish, or impersonate; interfere with security; or circumvent access controls.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MARIE SOFTWARE LLC and its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Any limitation applies only where legally enforceable.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MARIE SOFTWARE LLC harmless from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the services or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Severability and waiver

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms or misuse of the store. Obligations that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States and Kentucky law, without depriving consumers in the European Union or other jurisdictions of mandatory protections available where they reside.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
